Lean = 2 days resistance, the rest cardioĭoubles = the classic routine plus additional cardio to 3 days in the Phase 2, then add additional cardio 4 days a week in the Phase 3.You should do two different workouts respectively in morning and evening. Doubles is the same as Classic but after 30 days you add cardio, so its an A.M and P.M workout.Ĭlassic = 3 days resistance & 3 days cardio / yoga. ![]() Lean is for the people who prefer more cardio and a little less upper body resistance. Classic the most basic routine, the regular type, other two are based on it.
